We all possess everything we need to change who we are into who we want to be, right now. We all have the tools within us. With IMPACTT FITNESS, we believe in the power of the mind. We want our clients/members to understand that in order to make changes to the physical realm, we need to first make changes to the way we think. It's not just about lifting weights and doing a bunch of sit ups. We lead through positivity and developing intentional actions and accountability.

Over the past 5 years I have spent countless hours per week with Aric. We have trained to get back into shape, increase metabolism, gain stamina, strength and muscle.
